Our herbalist formulated tea is the perfect way to enjoy the healing benefits of the plants nature has given us, while soothing the body + mind.

Oxidative stress, lack of sleep and too little physical activity can weaken our immune systems. Boost your immunity with this custom blend of herbs packed with antioxidants, vitamin C, and cooling mint.

To Use: 

Loose Leaf: Place 2 tablespoons of loose tea in 12-16 oz of just boiled water, or tea infuser, and let steep for 5-7 minutes. Strain if needed.

Pre-Filled Bags: Place one tea bag in 12-16 ounces of just boiled water and let steep 5-7 minutes.

Ingredients:

Organic Echinacea (Echinacea purpurea): Known for stimulating immune function and helping the body fight both bacterial and viral infections

Organic Fair Trade Elderberry (Sambucus nigra): These tiny berries are loaded with antioxidants, and they contain compounds that help block the receptor sites that viruses use to get into your cells, allowing your immune system to fight off these viral invaders.

Organic Fair Trade Rose Hips (Rosa spp.): Contain more vitamin C per ounce than almost any other natural source; they also contain antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and antihistamine bioflavonoids that improve vitamin C's ability to strengthen connective tissue, immune health, promote healing, and boost cellular energy.

Organic Spearmint (Mentha spicata): This herb was shown in a study to boost memory and scores in cognitive tests, along with improvement in attention, concentration and reasoning

Organic Fair Trade Peppermint (Mentha x piperita): Known to invigorate the mind and spirit, clear sinuses, relieve cough and quell nausea

Organic Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis): This lovely lemon-scented herb is known to calm and improve cognition and mood with as little as one dose in 1 hour. It is useful for treating mood, anxiety, insomnia, nervous indigestion, restlessness, inattention, mental decline and hyperactivity... and yes, it is safe for children!
